Delivery Policy

All deliveries are sent on a Next Day service via Parcelforce. Once you have placed an order and it is booked on for delivery you will receive an email confirmation.

 

Refund / Cancellation Policy

In the instance that your delivery arrives damaged, you must contact us within five working days. Please note, you may be requested to provide an image of the damaged goods and refunds will not be processed for used stock.
